For every completed installation through GoSolarCompare, we'll plant a tree. Not a pledge to offset, not a rounded-up marketing number: a tree, recorded, planted and confirmed.

How the promise works

From your roof to the ground

Every number on this page is traceable to a completed installation and a planting confirmation.

    Installation completed

    An approved installer finishes your system and confirms commissioning to us.

  2. 02

    Tree recorded as due

    We log one tree against your installation in our planting ledger. It's 'due', not 'planted'.

  3. 03

    Planted by our partner

    Trees are planted in batches by our planting partner, who provides a confirmation reference.

  4. 04

    Verified and counted

    Only once the partner confirms planting does the tree join the public counter.

Chosen carefully, announced when signed

We're in conversations with established UK and international tree-planting organisations. We'll name our partner, link to their verification and publish planting locations here once an agreement is in place. Until then, the counter stays honest.
